Jamie Lee is a Boston-based luxury real estate advisor with Broad Street Boutique Realty, recognized for her record-setting sales, financial expertise, and strategic approach to real estate.

Originally from Michigan and Shanghai, Jamie developed an early passion for real estate while exploring luxury residential developments and assisting with family investment property renovations in Shanghai. She later earned her degree in Economics and Business from Brandeis University and built a successful career in commercial banking and finance, gaining over eight years of experience in financial analysis, credit underwriting, and client advisory.

Today, Jamie combines her financial expertise with firsthand experience as a property owner and investor to bring a distinct analytical perspective to real estate. Her approach blends data-driven pricing, skilled negotiation, and tailored marketing strategies to showcase each property's unique value, attract qualified buyers, and achieve exceptional results.

Her accomplishments include representing the highest recorded sale at Pierce Boston for $6,275,000, one of the city's premier luxury condominium towers. At Cadence on Leo, Jamie sold over 5% of the building's residences during its initial development and subsequently brokered its first two condominium resales, establishing a strong track record in both new development and resale markets.
